Morning Motivation : Letting Go To Begin Again

Morning Motivation

Morning MotivationToday’s Morning Motivation is letting go the things that we carry and hinder our growth.  I read somewhere that we inflict harm to ourselves far longer than the initial harm was being done. We don’t let go of things and they affect our lives much more than the initial experience. We begin this morning simply letting go. Yeah I know it isn’t all that simple, life is unfair but at least we should be fair to ourselves.

Morning Motivation

“Letting go doesn’t mean giving up, but rather accepting that there are things that cannot be.”

Morning Motivation

“There are things that we never want to let go of, people we never want to leave behind. But keep in mind that letting go isn’t the end of the world, it’s the beginning of a new life.”

Morning Motivation

Jack Kornfield: Letting go requires forgiveness and sometimes asks for a willingness to grieve or to release attachment to our point of view. We often believe that letting go means getting rid of something, but it’s not. In a sense, letting go is the same as love.

CJ Boston Morning MotivationAs I said I made a mistake the other day and I’m happy about it. Why am I happy over a mistake…. Well I’m one mistake closer to success.Think about your mistakes big and small and how they helped you find your success.

“If you have made mistakes, even serious ones, there is always another chance for you. What we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying down.”  ~ Mary Pickford

CJ Boston Morning MotivationYesterday was another ah hah day for me. I must say I didn’t behave well. I had some how come up with the idea that i was being singled out in a master mind group and didn’t attend the weekly meeting. In reality what was going on had nothing to do with me but all the  baggage of trying youth told me it did. I convinced myself I couldn’t make the meeting but I had been squeezing it in to the same time slot along with similar obligatory restraints.  My attituded needs, no needed, adjusting.

CJ Boston Morning MotivationGood Day all ! Lets Do Something that makes us uncomfortable today. You guys may say what am I doing that is making me uncomfortable? The answer is this post! Yeah I can write and formulate a clear thought but I’m more of a laid back  till its time to act guy. These posts are far more proactive  than I’m used to. I have to remind myself constantly of my goals and not let the emotional ties to a non existent past hinder me. That brings us to today’s quote and video:

People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily. ~  Zig Ziglar

I make these posts daily For that Reason and for the one below :
